Dedicated to promoting camaraderie and culinary education, the Australian Culinary Federation is the peak industry organisation representing professional chefs, cooks, apprentices and culinary students. We are proud to have partnered with the Australian Culinary Federation for over two decades to deliver the Golden Chef’s Award and develop the professional skills and knowledge of our participants.
Since our launch into New Zealand in 2020, we’ve been proud to align with NZChefs, the Worldchefs professional chefs official training representative. NZChefs have extensive involvement in the New Zealand foodservice industry and are dedicated to the continuing education and advancement of chefs through industry programs and culinary competitions.
